Ella Odyssey Train Booking

The Sri Lanka Railway Department allows seat reservations for the Ella Odyssey and all other express trains exactly 30 days prior to the travel date. For instance, if you plan to travel on June 14th, you can reserve your ticket starting from May 13th, 10 AM, until your travel date. However, due to high demand, it is recommended to book seats for the Ella Odyssey train well in advance.

There are three ways to book your tickets for the Ella Odyssey Train:

Directly from the following railway stations: You can visit main railway stations such as Colombo Fort, Maradana, Gampaha, Veyangoda, Kandy, Nawalapitiya, Ella, Nanu Oya, Hatton, Diyathalawa, and others. Ticket reservations open 30 days prior to the travel date from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM.

Mobitel M Ticketing Service: This service is available 24 hours a day. If you are using a Mobitel mobile phone, you can dial the 365 hotline to book your Ella Odyssey train tickets. Please ensure that you have sufficient credits in your mobile phone account to pay for the ticket price.

Online Booking: The Sri Lanka Railway Department offers online booking for the Ella Odyssey Train. You can access their website to make your reservation.
