Description

Ginigedara Falls located in the Bulath Sinhala area in the Kalutara District in the Western Province of Sri Lanka. This waterfall cascades down a large boulder. This waterfall flows between two huge stone pillars that rise like two pillars about 60 feet high. There is not much human activity near the falls. So there's a little bit of mystery.

Height in Ginigedara Ella: 14 meters

You have to go inside a bit to see the falls. This waterfall is born from a small break in the Kalu river. It is dangerous to go when there is water because you have to go to see the falls. Because in the middle.

This waterfall got the name Ginigedara Ella due to a fire that broke out with a small family living near this waterfall.
