Description

Rankoth Vehera is a stupa built by King Nishanka Malla in the Polonnaruwa District, an ancient city in the North Central Province of Sri Lanka. Rankoth Vehera is one of the most famous and revered stupas of the Polonnaruwa period. This whole construction has always been brick used.The original height of the stupa is about 200 feet (61 m).
